Bread Crumbs | Countries That I Have Visited The following map shows the countries that I have visited. When I first went to school in America in fourth grade, after having been evacuated from Zaire, I certainly was unique in that I was, at age nine, a world traveler thanks to my dad's job at the United States Agency for International Development. I am sometimes surprised when I hear about friends who have never traveled outside of the United States. Money is an understandable problem, but interest shouldn't be lacking: it's fun to explore as many parts of the world as possible. The colors in the lighter color yellow (and italicized in the list) are ones in which I was only in the airport.
