Spinach Bread

Makes 10-12 servings

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2-3/4 lb. Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese, grated
1 10-oz. pkg. spinach, thawed, chopped and drained

1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Melt butter in 9" x 13" baking pan.
3. Combine all ingredients, then mix with melted butter.
4. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
5. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
