Fiesta Dip

1 can refried beans
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
2-4 tablespoons Mexican chile salsa

Mix beans and vinegar, spread in bottom of pie plate.

Spread sour cream over bean mixture. Scatter cheese and onions on top. Top with olives. Dot with salsa.

Heat in microwave at 50% power 2 to 3 minutes or heat in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
